TRS brainwashes girls on Telangana

A shrewed politician that he is, Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhra Rao is now targeting the girl students to involve them seriously to participate in the separate Telangana movement.

More than 600 girl students attended the training classes on separate Telangana conducted by the TRS president at Telangana bhavan in Banjara Hills on Tuesday.

All the girls were provided with pink khanduwas and chunnis and were thoroughly brainwashed by KCR on the need to have a separate State. The classes will continue for few more batches, TRS sources say.

According to these sources, KCR is of the view that girls of Telangana have a far more understanding of the problems of Telangana and therefore, have more seriousness towards the movement. He has asked his party leaders to target only Telangana girls from government colleges, schools and corporate institutions and prepare training modules for them. The girls would be taught the history of Telangana, the injustice meted out to the region over several decades and why there is a need to have a separate State. Going by the response from the girls, KCR is more or less successful in his strategy.
